Meet the 2026 CFMOTO Papio SS, a mini street machine with full-size attitude—and in , it looks like it’s already halfway to the front of the pack before you even hit the starter.


At its heart is a 126cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder 4-stroke that keeps things simple, lively, and ready to play. With 9.4 bhp at 8250 rpm and 6.8 ft-lbs of torque at 6500 rpm, the Papio SS is all about wringing out the fun without wringing out your wallet—especially since it runs on regular gas. The fuel-injected setup helps it feel crisp and consistent, and the electric start means your ride begins with a button push, not a ritual.


Twist the grip and row through the 6-speed manual—because half the joy of a bike like this is being part of the action. Power heads to the rear via a chain drive, keeping things classic and direct.


The Papio SS stays compact and confident with a 68.9-inch length, a 47.8-inch wheelbase, and a friendly 29.9-inch seat height. It’s lightweight too, with a 251-lb wet weight, so it feels easy to maneuver whether you’re threading through town or carving up your favorite short-hop route. A steel frame forms the backbone, while the inverted fork up front and twin sided swing arm with adjustable rear spring pre-load help you dial in the ride.


Those chunky 12-inch aluminum wheels wear tubeless rubber—120/70-12 front and 130/70-12 rear—giving it a planted stance that matches the sporty vibe. When it’s time to scrub speed, you’ve got hydraulic discs front and rear, with a 210mm front rotor and 190mm rear, backed by 2-piston front and 1-piston rear calipers.


Practical touches are baked in, too: a fuel gauge, a temperature warning light, LED lighting, and a two-piece vinyl seat set up for two riders, plus a fixed driver backrest for a bit of extra comfort. Add the kick stand, and you’re set to park, stare back at that finish, and plan the next excuse to ride.
